Ingredients

5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
5 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (by LUCKLYS)
2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
3 large Egg white, fresh
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Bring water to boil and add it, the vinegar and egg whites to the bowl, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Don't over mix the dough, the consistency should resemble Play-dough.
3. Moisten hands and form dough into 6 pieces of bread. (Can make hamburger or hot dog buns.) Place on greased baking sheet. [Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)]
4. Bake on lower rack in oven for50-60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread. They're done when you hear a hollow sound when talking the bottom of the bun.
5. Serve with butter and toppings of your choice. Store the bread in fridge or freezer
