Introduction

Ingredients

    12.0 oz Pasta, whole wheat elbows
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
    4.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.14 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    4.0 oz Cream Cheese

Directions

1. In a large pot, add all but butter and cream cheese. Stir together, and put on the stove over medium/high heat. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally. 2. Add butter and cream cheese cubes, stir until the cheese is melted. 3. Serve warm
