Introduction

Perfect for potlucks! Cook rice according to package directions. Boil chicken in chicken broth it with a bouillon cube. I cook my chicken in broth in my instant pot for 10 min. Shred chicken, add all ingredients, mix well and put into a casserole dish. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 350. Serve with green vegetables or a salad. Perfect for potlucks!     16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.5 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
    1.0 cup Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    3.0 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese
