Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb Flank Steak
    16 oz mini sweet peppers
    16 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    12 oz Brandless Texas style BBQ sauce

Directions

Season the steak with your choice of spices as a dry rub and let set to marinate. Place the steak on a broiler pan or baking sheet.
Preheat oven on broil setting.
Place whole peppers and chopped onion on a foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil and seasoning.
Place the steak towards the top of the oven and cook for about 4 minutes per side
Remove the steak and let rest. Set the oven to 450 F.
Bake the peppers and onions until roasted.
Remove the peppers and onions and let cool. Slice the steak diagonally into strips. Slice the roasted peppers.
Serve as desired. Toss the meat and veggies with BBQ sauce, or mix with rice.
