Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    4 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    8 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

These buns are big enough that we cut them in half for breakfast sandwiches. They are the perfect size for a sausage patty. We also use our silicone try to bake eggs in so they will fit as well.


Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add eggs and melted butter to step 1 mixing well.
3. Using a 3 inch silicone muffin top pan fill each well with 1/4 cup of mixture.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (may need more or less time depending on your oven)

Serving Size: Makes 10 muffin tops.
