Ingredients

    4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4 tbsp g hughes smkehouse sugar free bbq sauce, hickory flavored
    1 cup Steamed Broccolli-Birds Eye
    0.5 cup Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice

Tips

Cook several meals worth of chicken in advance, and cook the veggies every couple days. portion out and put in fridge for grab and go healthy meals


Directions

Put 4-6 chicken breasts in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. add a bottle of sugar free bbq sauce (or any other low sugar sauce). Add low sodium spices to taste. Shred with a fork in the sauce, then measure out portions. Follow directions on packaging for rice and veggies
