2.0 slice Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm
0.1 cup Aunt Jemima (Original Maple Syrup)
2.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
16.0 gram(s) *Keebler Club Crackers, Reduced Fat (5 crackers)
0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1.0 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
Cut tofu into squares. Dredge in flour, then milk, then cracker crumbs. Bake at 400° F for 15 min, then flip and bake for another 10. Combine all sauce ingredients and toss tofu balls to coat.
