    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 4 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp
    crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp
    Tofu, firm, .75 cup


pre heat oven to 400 degrees. spray pam cooking dish. mix bisquick, egg beaters and milk in a seprate bowl. pour all other ingreidents in cooking dish. pour mix on top and bake for 35-40 mins
