Ingredients

    Frozen mango - .5 cup
    Frozen strawberries - .75 cup
    Skim milk - 1 cup
    Vanilla flavored whey protein powder - 1 scoop

Directions

Place frozen fruit in blender. Add protein powder. Add milk (yogurt also works well). Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
