Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Low fat cream cheese, 3 oz.
    Feta Cheese (herbed), 1 cup, crumbled
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields - thawed and well drained
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices

Directions

Soften cream cheese, add eggs, milk beat until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Transfer to 10" quiche pan/stoneware or baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
