Ingredients

    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 head, medium (about 5" dia) Cabbage, red, fresh
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Saute thinly sliced red onions in oil until soft. Add thinly sliced red cabbage cabbage and saute until wilting (a few minutes). Stir in vinegar. Then stir in sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let mixture cook for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is soft. Serving Size: 8 1/2-cup servings
