Ingredients

    1lb Frozen Small Shrimp
    2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 c Philadelphia lIte Cream Cheese
    2 Tblsp chopped onion
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    3 dashes of worchestershire sauce
    2 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Spray 8x8 cooking dish with canola oil

Open package(s) of forzen shrimp and place in a large collendar.
-run cold water over shrimp untill thawed
-press water out of shrimp with paper towles
until shrimp are damp but not watery
-set aside

With a blender , food Processor, or Hand Mixer Blend cream cheese, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese,
mustard, worchestershire Sauce, and Old Bay Seasoning together until creamy.

With a wooden spoon fold Shrimp and onion into the cheese mixture.

Pour entire mixture into a 8x8 baking dish

Bake for 30 minutes at 350F

20 - 30 Serving (1 TBLSP)

Note: Serve with crackers

    USE 1/3 LESS FAT CREAM CHEESE/2 % SHREDDED TO CUT FAT CONTENT.ADD IN 1 TEASPOON HOT SAUCE FOR ADDED ZIP. RECIPE WAS GREAT; SODIUM IS HIGH DUE TO MUSTARD AND SEASONINGS. - 2/1/09
