Introduction

This is a "lite" version of Bulletproof Coffee for those of us who don't want to overload in calories. You can have 2-3 cups of this recipe as a substitute for Breakfast and still only bank 230-345Kcals. Ingredients

    1 tsp Kerrygold Butter, Salted (Gold) 1tsp
    1 tsp Cocnut Oil, Dr. Bronner's Organic Virgin 1tsp
    1 tsp MCT Oil, Left Coast 1 tsp

Directions

** Brew coffee (6-10oz, whatever suits you)
** Pour into blender (do NOT try this in a blender that tips the cup upside down (ex: Magic Bullet, Vitamix Single-Serve container--I've had them explode and it makes a BIG MESS!)
** If you like your coffee a little sweet, add your preferred sweetener. (I used 1/8th tsp. Pure Stevia Powder)
** Blend, pour into cup & enjoy!
