Ingredients

    1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Flour Tortillas
    1 large Scrambled Egg
    2 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked
    2 tbsp Salsa
    .24 oz Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce (by MYGYPSYCAT)

Tips

Can be made quickly if the mushrooms are microwaved while the egg is scrambled. 2 min or so. Bell pepper, onion, and avocado work in this, too. Breakfast meats, too, if wanted.
