I've tweaked the orginal recipe with an extra egg to fill in the center. Put less tomatoes and added grilled red pepper and onion slices.     1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    0.5 cup Flours: Tapioca (by JO_JO_BA)
    0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese
    6 tbsp Organic Valley Organic Cultured Butter (by CEMASON1)
    6 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    5 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
