Ingredients

    425.0 Grams Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    2.0 large Egg, fresh
    1.0 clove Garlic minced
    4.0 tbsp Parsley
    0.7 gram(s) Mrs Dash extra spicy
    25.0 Grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    20.0 gram coconut flour
    0.5 serving Ground Flaxseed Meal,
    40.0 Grams Butter, salted
    0.05 cup Pepitas
    5.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds
    1.0 1tsp Unrefined Coconut Oil

Directions

Add all ingredients and form into 8 patties about 3" across and 1/2" thick. Heat skillet, (I had heat at medium) melt butter and oil, add cakes and fry until browned on both sides. Serve Hot or Cold
