    48.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    2.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    2.0 tbsp Onion powder
    2.0 tbsp Garlic powder
    2.0 tbsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
    16.0 tbsp Green Mountain Farms: Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt
    113.0 Grams Green Chili Peppers, canned
    8.0 oz Cheese, Block - Colby & Monterey Jack (Kroger)
    8.0 oz Cacique - Ranchero Queso Fresco
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Put chicken, milk, butter, and spices in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken, put back into crock pot. Dice onion and garlic. Lightly brown in saucepan. Put in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours more. Stir. Eat.
