Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbs sesame oil
    1 pound tofu, chopped into cubes
    5 cups napa cabbage, shredded
    1.5 cups broccoli, frozen
    1 cup green beans, frozen

    Sauce:
    3 tbs ketchup
    2-3 tbs lemon juice
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1 tbs peanut butter

    1.5 cup cooked rice

Directions

Mix sauce in a small bowl.

Heat sesame oil to medium high heat. Stir fry tofu until golden on both sides. Add veggies, rice, and sauce.

Cook until sauce is absorbed and veggies are tender.

Serves 3. Serve with a slice of lime and hot pepper flakes.
