Ingredients

    2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    2 cup Organic Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Lidl
    18 tsp Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat
    3 tsp Baking Powder, Hain Sodium Free
    0.25 tsp Redmond Real Salt Ancient All Natural Sea Salt
    .5 tsp Corriander

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in almond milk. Preheat waffle iron. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup plus 1 tablespoon to put waffle mix in the waffle iron. We used a double heart waffle iron. It made 8, 5 section heart waffles.

Add nuts or fruit if you wish.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp servings
