Ingredients

8 cup Whole Wheat Flour (This is 8 tightly packed cups of flour)
3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
.33 cup Honey
2 tbsp Yeast, SAF instant ( 1 Tbsp.)
3 tsp Redmond Real Salt Ancient All Natural Sea Salt
12 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the ingredients in your mixer in this order:
water hot(110-120 degrees), honey, salt, flax meal, 4 tightly packed cups of flour, yeast.
Keep the mixer running the entire time. Add the rest of your flour until dough pulls away from the sides. Turn your mixer up to knead the dough for 6 minutes. Separate into 3 equal loaves, set on your stove, with the oven door vented, to rise for 30 minutes check it to make sure it is rising well. Add another 15 minutes. Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cool on racks for 3 hours before place in a bag.
Serving Size: Makes 3 loaves we cut it into about 16 slices per loaf for 48 servings
