Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Rice flour, brown
    1 cup Flours: Tapioca (by JO_JO_BA)
    3 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM)
    1.5 tsp Salt
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 tsp Yeast fast rising (by RIDE2RIDE)
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted (Melted)
    1 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .33 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) (by DARRYLE2)

    Mix dry Ingredients
    Mix Sugar, Yeast & warm water, let sit till foamy, then add to Dry Ingredients
    Add Egg, Butter & vinegar, mix for 3 minutes w/high speed mixer

    put on cookie sheet and let rise for 20-30 min, bake @ 400 for 30 min
