Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT)
    795 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    2 cup Beans, black
    2 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
    2 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    1 tsp Cumin seed

Tips

Onions need to be sauted before going in the crock pot. They just are too raw if left uncooked.


Directions

Saute Onions, Peppers, Garlic in olive oil.

Dump everything into crock pot

4-5 hours on low
