    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    5.0 tbsp oat flour
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    0.1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Mix ingredients till a fine paste is made. Pour into a microwave friendly mug and microwave for two to three minutes
