Ingredients

6 large Hard Boiled Egg
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
Directions
Hard boil eggs, dice avocado.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove yolks into medium mixing bowl. Mash yolks with fork.
Add avocado and lemon juice to yolks and mash all ingredients well.
Add mayonnaise (or yogurt) and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
Spoon equal amounts into egg white holes and sprinkle with paprika.
Serving Size: 1 half egg
