Ingredients

    2c Fresh Strawberries
    1 Banana
    1/2c Fat Free/Sugar Free Yogurt
    1/2c 1% Milk
    1T Vanilla Extract
    3t Splenda (to taste)
    2T Benefiber
    2c Crushed Ice

Directions

Place Ice and strawberries into blender, blend.
Add Banana, Yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, blend.
add splenda to taste....blend
add Benefiber...blend.

pour and drink, makes 3 servings.
