    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    212.5 grams Kale
    1 tbsp Parmesan & Ramano grated cheese - reggano(aldi bands)

Directions

Brown Chorizo, garlic, and onions in olive oil. Add potatoes and simmer for 25 minutes. Then add Kale and simmer for 7 minutes. And then add parmesan and simmer for 5 minutes.
