    16 oz Hormel Always Tender Extra Lean Pork Center Cut Loin Filet (by TFISHER83)
    6 oz fingerling potato (by GNCRAZY)
    11 tbsp Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original
    3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Be sure crock pot is set on low.


Directions

spray crock-pot with olive oil spray
place olive oil in bottom of crock pot
place washed potatoes around the sides of crock pot
place pork loin in the center of crock pot
pour chicken broth and water over the pork loin and potatoes
drizzle barbeque sauce over the pork loin
set the crock pot on low and set for 4 hours
