Ingredients

    8 oz 95% Extra Lean Ground Beef (by CLTHIES)
    3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    .33 cup, diced Celery, raw
    .33 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)

Tips

cut off pepper bottoms so they stand up in the baking dish


Directions

mix together everything except second ingredient and then stuff into each pepper. Top with sauce and bake in moderate oven one hour or until tender.
