Ingredients

    454.0 gram(s) Cole Slaw - 3 Color Deli Cole Slaw
    3.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    3.0 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)
    12.0 oz Tyson reduced fat ground pork
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    3.0 oz Match stick carrots
    1.0 tbsp Imperial Dragon sesame seed oil
    6.0 tbsp Great Value less sodium soy sauce
    2.0 tbsp Rice Vinegar
    3.0 tsp Great Value minced garlic

Directions

Cook ground pork in sesame seed oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, chopped onion, carrots, chopped celery, chopped mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add cabbage mix. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until desired tenderness.
