Introduction

these came about when I was craving Reese's, but was trying to stay healthy and keep my sugar and carbs lower. Ingredients

    1 stick Butter, salted
    16 tbsp Pyure organic stevia blend sweetner (by IMFINALLYHAPPY)
    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    4 serving Hershey's Coco Unsweetened 1 tbs (by TYPINGIT)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 tsp Himala Salt - Pink Sea Salt (by DASANI4ME)
    8 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    .5 cup, chopped Pecans
    3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Tips

Feel free to omit the pecans, it will lower the calorie count, and are still just as good.

these can also be made in a pan on the stove.


Directions

Melt butter in glass pot in microwave, add Pyure, milk, and coco powder, stir together. Then microwave for 2 minutes. next add salt, vanilla &peanut butter and stir until well combined. Then stir in oats 1cup at a time, lastly stir in the pecans.

Using a TBSP scooper, scoop onto wax paper and place in the freezer or fridge. If you don't have the space, no worries they will setup in about an hour.

Also great warmed and spread over a banana.
