Introduction
This is a boiling dough I use for Perogies, pot stickers, noodles, or dumplings. It's awesomeness. Fill with anything. Even desserts! This is a boiling dough I use for Perogies, pot stickers, noodles, or dumplings. It's awesomeness. Fill with anything. Even desserts!Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients
-
0.25 tsp Salt
1.33 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain Kirkland Brand
3.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
2.0 tbsp Kirkland Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Serving Size 1 tbsp (14g)
Directions
Kneed all Ingredients together. Pink salt or course salt needs extra love. Go ahead and divide into tablespoon sized balls and kneed each one.
When Rolling out for Perogies or pot stickers remember to flip the rolled out dough so it can shrink up as it likes. If you don't you'll explode it.
My rounds are about 5 inches.
Don't use water to close, they close by pressing.
Fill will 1-2 tablespoon of filling.
Boil about 8 minutes in whatever liquids you like.
You can absolutely fry these after you boil it for pot stickers And you can freeze dough cooked either way or raw (I suggest freezing raw dough in balls)
You can ball 1/2 tsp of dough for dumplings or roll and cut all kinds of noodles. Or use a fancy press.
Creative awesomeness!!!!
