8 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
6 oz Cream Cheese
.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Mix the cream cheese, garlic and onion powder together.
Spread the cheese mixture into the jalapenos.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the jalapenos.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the top of the cheese is golden.
Eat and enjoy!
