    2 tsp sugar
    2 Tbsp Benefiber
    1 large egg white
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1 Tbsp fat-free French Vanilla Stonyfield Farm Yogurt

Directions

mix dry ingrediants together, add wet and stir until moist and lumpy.
cook as regular pancakes.
