Introduction
Cook green beans in water till tender (about 8 minutes). Drain and cut into bite size pieces. Set aide in a covered bowl to keep warm.Chop garlic and onion and saute in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add sliced baby portabella mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in garlic pepper and salt. Remove cooked mushrooms from heat, combine with green beans.
