Introduction

Ingredients

    20 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose GF Baking Flour (by SUN_CLAY)
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Tips

I sometimes add a little balsamic vinegar and worcestershire sauce to the mix. Add other spices as you wish. It can also be made with ground turkey.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes-1 hour, depending on your preference.
