Ingredients

    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1.5 cup CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, Fat Free, canned (by HEALTHYLIVN4ME)
    8 oz Noodles, japanese, somen, dry
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    2 tbsp Furikake (by ISLANDGIRL77)
    8 oz Alaskan King Crab
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    20 cubes Croutons, seasoned

Tips

Omit Parmesan and croutons for even less calories.


Directions

Sauté mushrooms in butter. Remove from pan. Add onion, celery, peppers, and cauliflower-sauté 5 mins. Add broth and milk, bring to boil-add noodles, furikake and fish sauce. Cook 5 mins. Remove from heat. Stir in crab and serve. Garnish with crouton and Parmesan cheese.
