Introduction

Like the title says! Like the title says!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 large Eggs
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    30 grams sugar free or dark chocolate chips
    1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
    1 pinch of salt
    2 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    1/2 cup Swerve Granular

Tips

Cookies are generally done when the bottom browns slightly. They will feel really squishy until they cool off, so it's much harder to under bake them than over bake them.


Directions

Melt butter then mix with egg. Add all ingredients in a bowl, then roll into balls (a full spoonful).

Bake for 5 minutes at 350 F, then remove and press cookies down with a spatula and bake for another 5-6 minutes.

Best served cool.

Serving Size: makes 18 cookies, 1 cookie per serving
