Ingredients

1 serving English Muffin- Thomas' English Muffin Light
0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
1 serving Kraft single thin slice cheddar cheese Low Fat
.5 serving Ham - Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Ham (2 ounce serving)
Directions
Coat an egg ring (or a canning jar ring) with olive oil cooking spray.
Toast the muffin halves until lightly browned. While this is toasting, warm the ham 1 minute. Place it on half the muffin. Cover to keep warm. Cook the egg white in the egg ring over medium heat and cover for 3 minutes until nearly set. Remove the ring, flip the egg and cook 30 seconds longer. Place on top of the ham, add cheese slice. Top with the remaining muffin half. add salt & pepper to taste or add a tomato slice. Serve Hot. (Can make more than 1, reheats well).
