Ingredients

    1.0 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
    6.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    150.0 Grams Green Beans (snap)
    1.0 serving BBQ Chicken 1/4 chicken white meat
    2.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    3.0 1tsp Sesame Oil

Directions

Either use cold cooked rice (3 cups) or boil 1 cup of rice to 3 cups water. Get pan hot and add 1tsp oil. Fry the egg into a thin omelette, turn over and cook 30 seconds. Place or on to a plate to cool down then roll it up and cut into small slices. Add the rest of the oil to a very hot wok and fry the onions and beans for 2 minutes or until starting to soften. Add the rice, chicken, soy sauce, egg and other spices of your choice. Fry enough to heat up the food, it is all already cooked by then. Serve into 4 dishes. Can be eaten cold as lunch, a sprinkle of salt would help this.
