Ingredients

4 leaf, medium Cabbage, fresh, pre-softened by boiling 2 minutes
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
0.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.25 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
2 tbsp Over the Edge Spinach, by Two Sisters by Partylite, (dehydrated spinach, onion,salt, garlic,dill, on (by RUMBAMEL)
1 tsp bouillon powder (vegetable stock for soups) (by DIANTHA21)
0.5 cup Canned Tomatoes
4 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream
14 gram(s) 100% iso Protein whey protein isolate North Coast Naturals unflavoured (by AUSSIEITGIRL)
1/2 tsp Garlic
Spices of choice - paprika, cumin, salt pepper to taste
1 cup water (for stock)
Tips
Serve 1 or 2 cabbages alone or roll with rice, noodles or salad
Directions
Mix canned tomato, 1 cup vegetable stock and sour cream together and set aside.
Fry mushroom and onion with garlic and combine with mince, carrot, rice, dehydrated spinach, protein powder and spices of choice to taste (mixing with hands gets a better result). Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove big stalk and veins from cabbage leaves. Place 1/4 meat mixture in middle of each leaf. Pour half the sauce mixture into a smallish pan or baking dish and arrange rolls on top. Pour over remaining sauce. Bring to simmer on stove-top ans simmer gently for 45 - 60 mins or bake in oven for 60 mins.
