1 large Onions, raw
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
1 tsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
10 sprigs Parsley
50 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Ground completely using food processor knife the onion , potato , parsley and cilantro
Add to other ingredients
Mix completely and create meat balls
Good for fry or to cook in sauce
Tomato source, stew of green peas and onion or any other sauce you like
