Ingredients

    32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    4 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
    56 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/2cup)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 Tablespoons Minced dry onions
    2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
    1 Teaspoon Onion powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Roll meat into loose balls
Place on cookie sheets / or in muffin tins
Bake approx. 20 - 25 minutes
