Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 cup (1 serving) Post Bran Flakes Cereal
    12.0 Grams Applesauce, unsweetened
    0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup Flour, white
    0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.25 serving greek god nonfat plain yogurt

Directions

1). Add vinegar to milk and let sit at least 5 minutes. 2). Add applesauce, yogurt, vanilla, and sightly beaten egg. 3). Mix dry ingredients together. Combine with wet ingredients until just moistened. 4). Incorporate raisins. 5). Bake @ 400° for 18 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
