This is an AMAZING recipe that when paired with vanilla icecream is like Apple Pie A La Mode without the crust!

These are also very versatile and could be paired in any combination of things - for example in oatmeal, with angel food cake. They are so simple!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium Apple Cut into slices

    1/4 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp of Sugar
    1 tsp of Butter (I use the spreadable butter w/Canola oil)

Directions

In a medium pan with a lid, combine all of the ingredients.

Once the butter begins to melt, mix the mixture around.

Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then serve!

You're done.
