Introduction

Ingredients

    6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Garlic powder
    .5 tsp Onion powder
    2 serving Egg white, large
    .5 cup Sour Cream
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.25 cup Great Value Sharp Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g)

Tips

I used a muffin tin, but any pan will work. Also, if you spray the spoon your loading your muffin batter with, the batter will slide right off the spoon without any mess! Finally, you can also make this without the bacon, but you may want to reduce the cheese to 1/2 cup.


Directions

1.Preheat the oven to 400
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together first.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
4. Add the wet to the dry and mix well.
5. Spray your pan with non stick cooking spray. A muffin tin works great!
6. Bake for 18 minutes.
