Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 c lowfat plain yogurt (1/2 for loaf and ½ for the top)
1 jalapeno
3 large cloves garlic
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
1 small onion, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 egg white
2 t cumin
1 lime
1 bunch cilantro, chopped (or 1 t dried) (reserve half for garnish)
1 t curry powder
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400.
Grate the garlic, ginger and jalapeno, using a microplane. (Remove seeds and ribs of pepper if you don’t want this to be as spicy.) Zest the lime. Mince the onion and green pepper. Slice the lime in half; squeeze juice into meat.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients just until mixed. Place in a greased baking dish. Cover with remaining yogurt.
Bake until cooked through (30-40 minutes), then let rest five minutes.
Garnish with remaining cilantro.
Serve with rice.
