Introduction
I have wanted to try this dough idea for a long time. I am trying to do low sodium, which this is not particularly, in large portions. I had an open package of imitation lobster which had to be used. The oven was hot as I had made muffins. It was a Friday during Lent. I used what I had on hand.I have wanted to try this dough idea for a long time. Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
For the dough:
1 cup Self Rising Flour
1 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
(I added about 1 Tbsp. of Italian seasoning and 1 tsp. of granulated garlic.)
For the topping:
0.5 cup TransOcean Lobster Classic Imitation Lobster
0.5 cup Best Yet Four Cheese Alfredo sauce
4 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
a little fresh or dried dill
Tips
Cook times are approximate. I did this over the course of an evening while entertaining guests.
Directions
Mix the flour and yogurt. May be wet or dry, adjust accordingly. Roll out, either between two sheets of plastic wrap or with additional flour on a board. I precooked the pizza shell @ 400F for about 20 minutes, then flipped and baked for another 5. I took it out to use later in the evening.
Then I finely chopped 1/2 c. imitation lobster and combined it with 1/2 c. jarred prepared Alfredo Sauce. (These were all things I had in the pantry.)
I spread the mixture on the pizza shell, spread a little dried dill on top, sprinkled grated parmesan and shredded mozzarella on top and baked at 375-400 for 18-20 minutes until the cheese just started to brown on top.
Serving Size: 4 (¼ pizza- small serving ) usual is ½ pizza
