Ingredients

    24 serving Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
    2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    96 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    4 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    2 tsp McCormick Pure Almond Extract (by NARINFLA)
    2.5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Beat butter and Splenda until light and fluffy
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition
With mixer on low, slowly add vanilla and almond extract; mix until combined. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
In a separate bowl sift together flour, salt and baking powder. With mixer on low, slowly add to butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Wrap dough and chill for 2 hours or overnight
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake for 8-10 minutes
