Ingredients

    6 extra-large eggs
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 4-oz. can diced green chiles
    1/3 cup lowfat milk
    3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
    3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

To the eggs, and flour, salt and milk; beat well. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a flat, well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into 48 squares and serve hot. (A serving is two squares.)
