Introduction

These are pancakes made with chocolate soy milk instead of regular milk. They are meant to be a treat, so yes, there is a good amount of sugar. Ingredients

    2 cup white whole wheat flour
    2 cup all-purpose flour
    6 tbsp sugar
    8 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp kosher salt
    2 large eggs
    4 cup chocolate soy milk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup canola oil

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients (sifting flour and baking powder). Add wet ingredients to combine.
Cook on a nonstick griddle or pan, flipping when bubbles on top pop and edges look dry.
I don't use any added fat to grease my griddle, so that is not included in calorie counts.
